You can turn good, organic ingredients into shit. (without eating it first, of course). 😀

Yes, organic foods are optimal and we should all buy as much organic as we can fit into our budget. 🤑

But that budget should not include snack foods. These things are probably pretty tasty, but they add no nutrition to the diet. All snack foods like chips and puffs and crisps are designed for emotional or entertainment eating. That means they are designed for you to overeat. To eat mindlessly and not get any full-feeling from them. They spike blood sugar and make you hungrier.

To me, that’s bullshit.💩 Even if the product is organic. 🤘🏽
