I’ve struggled with my weight for much of my life and by the time I hit 38, I was overweight and pre-diabetic. Through research, training and experimentation, I figured out ways to improve my health and get into the best shape of my life.
I am a food scientist and worked in the food industry for 20 years. I am also a health coach and personal trainer. This background in the sciences of nutrition, food and exercise helped me on my journey.
