ABOUT ME

I’m Nick Huemmer and I used to be a fat kid.  Then a fat adult.   
I have had struggles with my weight and health and figured out ways to improve them. I used my background in biology, nutrition, food science  and health coaching to figure it out.
 
I worked in the food industry for 17 years, and I know how it and our environment has made us all fat and unhealthy.
 
I am also a certified coach, GMB trainer and food scientist.
 
I want to help you live how your body was originally designed. To live healthier with more vitality. To help you achieve optimal fitness and well-being.  To see through all the confusing bullshit and get lasting results.
